Registration by anyone under 18 years of age — or under the higher minimum required by the applicable licensing jurisdiction — is a material breach of these Terms. All suspected underage accounts will be immediately suspended and subject to full investigation. Any winnings generated by an underage account will be void and forfeited.

288fd reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where the Operator has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the account holder has breached these Terms; (b) fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity is suspected; (c) the account fails KYC or AML checks; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a legal or regulatory risk to the Operator. Where funds are verified as legitimately owned, they will be returned to the verified account holder following any required investigation period.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity on the 288fd Platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately and form part of these Terms.
All bets are placed at the odds displayed on the Platform at the time the bet is confirmed by the system. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the Player except where an in-play cash-out feature is offered and is available for that specific market at the applicable time. Cricket markets — including PSL, ICC T20 tournaments and bilateral series — are subject to event-specific rules regarding abandoned matches, revised targets (Duckworth–Lewis–Stern method) and related contingencies. All casino games on the Platform, including live dealer tables for blackjack, baccarat and roulette, are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) or live streaming systems provided by third-party game suppliers. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are provided by the respective game suppliers and are accessible in the game information panel before play commences. The Operator does not alter RTP figures provided by certified game suppliers.
The Operator reserves the right to void any bet or wager where: (a) it was placed on a market that was offered in error; (b) the result of the relevant event is the subject of a formal integrity investigation; (c) the bet was placed after the event outcome was known; or (d) any other circumstances exist that render the bet void under applicable rules. In all void-bet cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player's account.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 288fd Platform. Any breach may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform for any other purpose without the prior written consent of the Operator.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Operator's licensing jurisdiction.
